Thank Trump for for having Pompeo negotiate directly with the Taliban on a sh*tty exit plan?
And no thanks to Biden for the crappy execution of an already dumb logistical strategy from Trump, even if he was purposely shanghai’d by the previous administration.
Surely, there must have been the opportunity to have a more sophisticated, well planned approach to getting out than what the world had to witness, what with those poor people clinging to a jet and a chance at freedom, only to plummet to their deaths.
The Pentagon really lamed out on getting us out. Oh, well, anything to save a buck on moving costs even if it meant costing lives.
The one good thing about it is not having to cut that 300 million dollar check it cost us everyday to be over there when we have 14 million homeless living on our streets right now or millions the still unemployed or in crappy, slave-labor jobs without a responsible federal employment system to help them.
