Journey Plans 50th Anniversary Tour
Monday, October 17, 2022 at 02:24PM
To celebrate 50 years as a band, Journey just announced a big tour for 2023. Toto will provide support. The "Freedom" tour starts in early February and tickets go on sale Friday.
I have never seen either Journey or Toto live, so this interests me. There are no Ohio dates but some shows are not too far away. Will you attend this anniversary celebration?

But, just but, the real PR should read: Cain and Schon, two diametrically opposed individuals (at least according to some actions, some deeds, and some professions of faith), are putting on a corporate shin-dig that you can all pay a lot to see. And, maybe you do. Cool. The bonus is that Lukather and his fright-wig are also touring with the songs of Toto.
Who is the better guitarist? In terms of morals and ethics? Botox and hairspray? The fans decide.
And,for me? I'd pay to see . . . hmm, Lukather. Why? While he is running the name into the ground, he still tries. Schon? He is just about making deals with the devil. Cain? Not him. Certainly not him. That man is pure as the driven keyboard drivel he spurts out when he isn't eyeing the bottom-line, alongside Schon, and eagerly grabbing those last, few, pennies.
My take? The wheel isn't spinning. It is raining in Africa. And Rosanna stopped believing long ago.
