Jon Bon Jovi Turns 60 Today
Of course, I had to pop on some classic Bon Jovi to celebrate. Off I went to Amazon music and immediately pulled up Slippery When Wet. Such a great album. "Wanted Dead or Alive" is one of the single best rock songs ever recorded. It is definitely a top 5 "road song" across every genre. Plus "Never Say Goodbye" is a totally underrated power ballad. I hope Jon has a fabulous birthday celebration, worthy of a multi-zillionaire.
The happiest of birthdays and lots of love to the one and only, @jonbonjovi!! Leave him some birthday love in the replies! 🥳 pic.twitter.com/4bhyu9OBJD

And I get it: Bkallday was speaking up for 'women under 40'. You know, you can only do right by so many people at one time!!!
Kixchix, he can still rock. Just once a night (twice a week). And at a slightly lower, um, err, register? I kid. The guy croaks like a frog live (and he wasn't exactly crooning like Sinatra a decade ago!!!).
Fletch, I disagree. Tattoos do define you. What you put in ink should be there forever. If you remove it, you regret it. If you keep it (and I have), even if it embarrasses you now, you are at least holding true to the proposition that your mistakes are yours, and they are there for all the world to see (or, in some cases, parts of the world).
Never said, nor would I, that I know everything. That would be stupid. And my pulse, fingers on or off it, is doing well. Thanks.
But I appreciate the fire, Bkallday. Always do. Hope you are well.
PS: I love how you do blocking for your own posts. Do you also write plays? [Exits, slowly, stage left]
Blocking is a stage term, not as in "I am going to block myself on this site." It is also not related to chopping, chips off the old, or heads. My apologies for being vague.
The other stuff? You give and you take away in one fell swoop. You dodge and weave, mixing a splash of progressive with a touch of regressive, all the while slamming me for, what, well, hmm? Nothing I actually said? Classic Bkallday! When confused, insult.
Can I still call you my BBG! friend from Kentucky? Can I? Appreciate your passion, as always.
Rock on Ripper.
