'Classless Act' -- New Song Featuring Vince Neil

Here it is: the new Classless Act song featuring Vince Neil of Motley Crue. The song is also called "Classless Act" and is on the album Welcome to the Show, due out next month. The song is pretty good - and studio tools help Vince! Classless Act will open The Stadium Tour this summer. Discuss.

That was fun and not bad at all. Can’t wait for videos of them rocking that tune in front of 5477 people in 90° Heat in a baseball park. I like the story line to video. My Cousin Vinny homage? Woulda been truly classless if Vince was guy in the video and was on trial for killing the drummer in another band. Now that’s a CLASSLESS ACT.

I agree wholeheartedly, Kixchix. I hear a little GNR, a little Aerosmith, and a little Too Fast For Love era Motley Crue. Caught myself singing, "Take my fist, break down walls," a couple of times. Eager to hear more.

I mean, it is fun and certainly spirited. That said, Vince now sounds like AI attempting to pass the Turing Test for singing through your nose.

And, respectfully, while others hear some vintage nuances and nostalgic nods, I hear something decidedly different. It sounds like these guys listened to The Lazys and then did some speed. No harm in that. Just sayin'.

may be the best sounding band on the tour.

Crued, now you are posting GRÖNWALL covers? Egads!

He seems like a spiffy dude. He is clearly happy to be doing what he does these days. He even seems to have ditched that Oliver Twist cap he was wearing for a bit ("Please, Skid, can I have another?).

What he isn't doing is replacing classic-era Bach. Sure, the fans are happy that Q-Bert is gone. But so is Sollinger (RIP) and the others who the main men in the band went through like cheap suits at a Burlington Coat Factory.

As I have said previously, I think that Sab was only one part of a larger problem. But the guys who run SR are perfectly happy to do what they do. So be it. And, to be fair, having Bach back wouldn't be a return to yesteryear. Will I go see this version of SR? Not likely. Would I go see SR with Bach? Maybe. See? Even I can be undecided.
