Ozzy Osbourne's Patient Number 9 is a phenomenal new record. The album is packed with big name rock heroes. When you get Zakk Wylde, Eric Clapton, Chad Smith, Duff McKagan - and more! - together, you know it's going to be good.

Ozzy is releasing little webisodes about the "making of" Patient Number 9. The first one just dropped and it is really interesting and under 7 minutes. I'm looking forward to the next one.

Ah yes, Clapton. I suppose Morrissey, Van Morrison and Cleese (I mean, come on; an Ozzy song with coconuts would be dope!) were busy.

It will surprise no one that, though I still do love to hear Iommi and Ozzy perform together (and also don't mind the slavish devotion shown by Zakk, nor what he brought to the table when he was a regular member of Ozzy's coterie), I will be socially distancing from this album.

Besides, Patient No. 8 was a far better album overall. Giggle. That was a long way to go for a very obscure joke (that likely very few will get).
