'You Betray' -- L.A. Guns, New Song
The guitar riff is more "chuggy" than typical Tracii Guns/L.A. Guns style. Sort of like an old school Black Sabbath meets NuMetal vibe. I'm not sure I dig the echo sound, but that could be my computer speakers more than anything. It is pretty clear that the guys in the band put a lot of work into these new songs and made a very concerted effort to push for a modern -- yet melodic -- sound. What do you think?

And no, Allyson, that is not a Black Sabbath-y sound you are hearing. Methinks it comes from the land of ice and snow . . .
If this is what Guns worked to block Riley from 'destroying', I am not entirely sure what the point was, or is. I think Capt. Caveman has a few screws loose if he thinks this is what the fans want to hear. Then again, when you have a prima donna for a singer (remember? your mortal enemy?!?!), I guess you take the lumps as they come. And this is one lumpy song.
