'We All Die Young' -- Maverick Cover

"We All Die Young" is one of Steelheart's best songs, bar none. Great lyrics and incredible vocals too. Now, Irish-band Maverick is covering the track. It's very true to the original but that is okay - the song is hard to tackle and Maverick did a good job!

I'd be curious Metalboy!'s take on this cover.

These 'in the studio' videos are hit or miss with me. They either seem forced and not very 'in' the said studio. Or they seem like a hoot, with the guys and/or gals jamming and having a great time. I will defer as regards this specific video.

Never heard of Maverick before (though I think I smoked a discount brand with the same name years ago). Thanks for sharing, Allyson.

i dig it. faithful yet not a straight ripoff. and like Him, i’d never heard of these guys - honestly i thought it was going to be the country band “the mavericks” - which would be totally different take.

Haha Him, ever had a Winston? I will try to catch these guys next time they're playing at my local elementary school gym!
