Two Shots At Glory is the name of the new Crazy Lixx album. I've been sharing their unique take on videos over the past few months and now there's another new clip to share. This time it is for the album's title track with video footage from the 90s movie Stone Cold. This is real Glam!

Been looking forward to this one, and it's a real belter of a record. I know it's essentially a compilation album with reimagined versions and only a couple of new songs, but definintely a great release.

It's been a good week for Swedish releases - Crazy Lixx today and Smoking Snakes last Friday (definitely check out Smoking Snakes if you like WASP).

Agreed, Mighty … Just a fantastic collection, including a killer cover of Bonfire’s “Sword and Stone”!

Dude is just an amazing songwriter, having written all those incredible tracks on Chez Kane’s 80’s style throwback album, “Powerzone”, especially the title track!

Looking into more about Bonfire’s “Sword and Stone”, which Crazy Lixx has so deftly covered on this new album …

Turns out it was originally written by Paul Stanley and Bruce Kulick, first appearing as a demo for “Crazy Nights” before winding up as Bonfire track on the “Shocker” horror flick soundtrack, an album I discovered in a post by Allyson on this very site!
