Crashdiet Celebrates 20 Years Of 'Rest In Sleaze'

If you don't have this debut on regular rotation - you should. I need it on vinyl.

You just have to laugh at this track: it's just a litany of every rock cliche. I especially enjoy the callouts for Jack Daniels and "bandana" - which I will assume is a nod toward Bret Michaels.
I think the intro is a little too long, but I like the guitar work and of course the song is fun and that is the point!
The most interesting part here is the performance of Stephen Pearcy and Warren DeMartini. That should definitely be good. Looks like the two have buried the hatchet over any past bad blood. Tickets are on sale January 31.
I've spent my entire weekend working around the house. Seems like whenever there is a DIY project the debris and mess just ends up everywhere. In my current case, issues required a massive bathroom remodel. Eric and I remodeled the owner's bath like four years ago and now we had to turn around and do it again. Nightmare.
Plus I spent the last week hosting a friend's cat in my basement, thus keeping my own Roosevelt away from the area.
Anyway, I heard the new Dorothy track yesterday while running errands and I dug it. The song is called "Tombstone Town" and features some badass guitar work by Slash. The song will be on Dorothy's upcoming album The Way, due in March. I'd like to see Dorothy live.
