How To Help

Form a united front on Tuesday, June 2 and stand against racism. The plan is to disconnect from work and reconnect to your community. Do some good in the world. #TheShowMustBePaused

Donate to a bail fund, read about racism and historical injustice in America and vow to be an ally. Especially buy music made by black artists.

Why did you delete Steve's post?

I thought that rock-n-roll was about differences.

What did I miss?

I disagreed with Steve's opinion, but it doesn't mean that I devalue it.

Everyday is a learning experience.

Knowledge is powerful.

I'm sticking to this post about music companies and their message. Ignorance comes in all forms.

Helping with donations and causes is a great thing. It should not take an event of a life lost for a donation to happen, it should be ongoing to promote a cause. But what is their "cause" ? I think we are all in agreement of overtly punishing racist cops abusing power. And to hold everyone that is in a position of power to harsher punishment when guilty. Justice will have her day.

But this comes from music companies that push media/message/music that does not convey the same message as peace, love, and happiness. Hate, glorifying illegal life, anti-establishment, racist lyrics, etc... What exactly is the culture you are trying to save ? Can't that be part of a problem as well ?

Only to have a hint of great moment's attention drawn to stopping abuse of power be stripped away by people committing crimes that shows we have to establishments in place to protect ourselves against unlawful people (no matter what race/sex/creed/alien/etc... they are)

So frustrated over the past few days...

I made four 💯 Dollar Donations yesterday. 1, directly to Floyd’s family. 1, to a go fund me to small businesses that have been destroyed. 1, to my local PBA to support the Police and 1 to The NRA,!its obvious how important our 2nd amendment rights are. The mass looting and violence is disgusting. The Police are outnumbered and their hands are tied by bad Politicians. Don’t be a victim people, stay alert armed and ready.
